Bookings

A booking is confirmed when the rent amount is received. Rental dates and piece availability are reserved from that point. We will contact you to confirm measurements and fitting.

Rent, Security & Payment

• Rent to pay for booking confirmation — the rental amount confirms your booking.
• Security to pay on delivery day — the security deposit is paid when we courier the dress from our location.
• Security refund — the security amount is refunded the same day we receive the dress back in good condition.

Courier Charges

Delivery charges: we pay one-way courier charges for delivery to you.

Return charges: the customer pays the return courier charges back to us.

Cancellation Policy

50% refund on cancellation before dress delivery or dispatch. Cancellations must be made before the dress is delivered or dispatched from our location to be eligible for a refund.

Discounts & Offers

Offer discounts apply only to dresses with rent above ₹5,000. Special discounts and promotional offers are available only on premium dresses with rental charges above ₹5,000.

Care of the garment

The dress is to be worn with care and returned in the condition it was received, other than normal wear and dry-cleaning needs. Damage beyond normal wear may be adjusted against the security deposit.
