Renting Procedure

How dress rent works

1. Book the dress

Book at the store or online by paying the rent amount. We take your measurements at the store, or you can provide them over phone or WhatsApp.

2. Collect the dress

Collect the dress one day before your function and pay the security deposit as mentioned at the store.

3. Return the dress

Return the dress one day after your function. We return your security deposit at the store.

Delivery service

We deliver to all cities by courier from our head-office store in Hyderabad.

Rent and security are mentioned under every image on the website.

Size alteration

We alter the size as per your measurements for a perfect fit.

Delivery timeline: you will get the dress one day before your shoot for an advance booking; courier it back the next day after your shoot.

Courier charges: one-side courier charges are paid by us; the return courier is paid by the customer.

Payment schedule: rent is paid to confirm the booking; security is paid on the day we courier from Hyderabad; the security is refunded the same day we get the dress back.

Payment modes

Cash at store, or Paytm, Google Pay, any wallet, or bank transfer.

Discount policy

Discount only for dresses with rent above ₹1,500.

Cancellation policy

50% refund on cancellation before dress delivery/dispatch.

Extended days

₹200 per day extra for days beyond 4 days. Note: for rent under ₹1,000, courier charges apply on both sides.
