What we collect
When you place an order, request a fitting, or contact us, we collect the information you provide: your name, e-mail address, phone number, delivery address, and the details of the pieces and rental dates you choose. If you create an account, we also store a securely hashed password.
When you browse, we collect standard technical information such as your browser type and the pages you view, to keep the site working and to understand what our customers are looking for.
How we use it
- To prepare, confirm and deliver your rental or purchase.
- To send order confirmations, payment links, fitting confirmations and rental reminders.
- To answer your questions and provide fitting support.
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep your rental bag and your selected store between visits, and to remember your display preferences. These cookies contain no sensitive personal data. You can clear them at any time in your browser settings; if you do, your bag and store selection may reset.
If you sign in, we set cookies that keep you signed in for your session. Signing out removes them.
Who we share data with
We share only what is necessary with the courier partners who deliver and collect your rental, and with our payment providers to process payments. These partners are only given the information needed to perform that task.
Data retention
We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounting, warranty, and rental-history purposes. Account details are kept until you ask us to remove them.
Your rights
You may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
